What it takes to have true revival

Revival Word | Fever Season

We all know that Revival is an action done with the aim to return back to life. Particularly a life that is filled with great treasures and potentials.
Aspiring to have a revival is one thing but we have to actively engage in working towards achieving it and these acts would point us in the right direction:
  1. The act of desperation; For you to show that you are in need of a great revival concerning your life then you must be seriously desperate for it. You can only receive when you are desperate for a thing, as the Bible made us to understand in Isaiah 44:3 with these we have seen that God needs our desperation for him to actually work on us.
  2. The act of conviction; We have to have the conviction in us that the revival process we are undertaking is the right step to take to be able to start a great journey of life on earth. Do not be carried away with fear and doubts thereby missing out on your destiny and purpose in the process. You are to remember that a great future MUST require faith for it to be through. Until conviction is your motivation then there is really no reception for you. As Galatians 3:14 made us to understand that all comes to us through Faith.
  3. The act of separation; Now that you have started your journey to greatness, you must have what I call an "Order of separation". For the life you so greatly desire, you do not require a certain kind of people. You need to be okay with associating with only a selected few that are headed in the same direction with you; GREATNESS. As Isaiah 52:11 made us to understand.
  4. The act of dedication;  Be in it to win it, familiarize yourself with it, be dedicated to it, romance it, smile on it and keep thriving. And with time, you will get there. As we all know that here on earth, you are not celebrated until you are successful at what you are fully dedicated to.
  5. The act of prayer; As we all know both Christians and Muslims Pray. Prayer is something that must never be neglected at all, because it is from prayer that supernatural powers flows to us all to do more than what our muscles can actually do. Until your search for revival is desperate enough to lead you into the room of prayer you have not started at all. Prayer provokes a lot of things to action. As Exodus 3: 7-9 Made us to understand.
I do hope that this sets your desire for revival into motion and guides you towards it.
Thanks for reading. Please remember to share with a loved one.

Until next time.
Philip Joseph.

The Essence of Self Realization

I never really understood the concept or importance of realizing one's self until recently. And inasmuch as we have it all figured out, this particular experience left me with more lessons than I would have thought possible or important even. And since I have decided to share a part of my journey with you, here's a couple of lessons that I think might come in handy. The power of purpose : A person who has purpose in their life, has something to live for and that pulls you to the future that you desire. On earth today, so many people are influenced by the past while some are simply carried away by all kinds of distractions. To achieve your purpose, always have a careful and a critical  analysis of your actions in line of your Vision, dream and goals in order to put your spirit, mind, heart and soul entirely to your pursuit.  The power of asking:  If you don't ask you don't get. In life, anytime you fail to ask questions about, you remain a victim of ignorance in that sph

Interpretation of Genesis 12: 1- 9

(Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house.....)    Inasmuch as we all have our interpretations of various scriptures in the bible, I will like us to know that the Bible is a book filled with directions on the good pathway that man can follow through and have an expected end. We as men ought to study the bible as we would study our textbooks or a work/product manual, not as we skim through newspapers, magazines, mails, storybooks, or pages on social media, we ought to consciously study and meditate on the word of God. Read the Bible with complete concentration so that you can understand what the scripture is saying and where it is taking you to. Your attention is highly needed whenever you are studying the Bible else the devil will take you for a ride by means of introducing his own opinions to you and preventing you from placing complete focus.  Let's examine the depth of the book of Genesis 12:1-9 and its
